Silent movie; kinetic type.

These are a few examples of kinetic type that will help inform some of the decisions I make for the silent movie brief. They show the kind of movement you can achieve within after effects as a lot of pieces like this tend to be made within the programme. I have learnt through researching kinetic type that the simplest of movement within sequences tends to be the most effective because the audience still needs to be able to read the type as it is moving around within the frame. Although all of the above pieces have soundtracks they would just as well if they were silent because the movement is the main thing that attracts an audience.
